Reserve Parking

I agree that in two days Seaboard Parking LLC will charge my credit or debit card on file for the upcoming month’s rent. Thereafter my card will be automatically billed in advance for each coming month, on the same day, unless that day doesn’t occur in that month (such as no 30th day in February) in which case billing occurs on that month’s last day. I may cancel at any time in writing by sending an email to SeaboardParking@gmail.com that I have vacated my parking space, but acknowledge there will be no refunds for prepaid days. I agree and am aware that a late fee of $25 will be charged if a monthly payment does not occur on the due date due to any reason (insufficient funds, canceled card, new card, lost card, etc.) and that failure to pay on time can result in my property being towed at my expense from Seaboard Parking. I agree that when notified that there is a problem with my card I will update my card’s expiration date or supply a new card.

1. I agree & understand not to give my gate code to anyone and that I am responsible for my gate code security and its use; and I further agree that all mechanics/visitors must be escorted onto said parking facilities by me; this I understand is necessary in protecting my vehicle and property.
2. I agree and am aware if I park or occupy in any manner whatsoever someone else's parking space; that my vehicle and my property may be towed at my expense.
3. I agree to notify promptly in writing to SeaboardParking@gmail.com of any changes to my personal contact information, billing information, or the description of property I am parking in my rented parking space.
4. Should I damage the fence or property of Seaboard Parking L.L.C. I agree and am aware of my being responsible for all costs of repair and/or replacement of the same and that I will forthright immediately advise and notify said Seaboard Parking L.L.C. of any such incident at the time of such incident.
5. I agree and am aware that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) inspects this facility often and I am personally responsible for any clean up charges or fines that I may cause associated with the [EPA) in the use of said premises.
6. I agree and am aware that I am responsible for keeping the parking space clean of trash, tires, oil, fuel and any trash thrown over the fence. Seaboard Parking L.L.C. does not provide any trash dumpsters and if I cause trash, debris, tires, oil, or fuel on property not only will I be financially responsible for the same but I will also forfeit any money paid (including any deposit) and will be required to vacate the space and leave the facility.
7. I agree and am aware that repairs, tire changing, service, washing, and oil changing are not permitted in parking facility and that if I park in a parking space that is not my designated space my vehicle will be towed at my expense by Moore's Towing, 1044 West Memorial Drive, Dallas, GA 30132, phone 770-445-0692.
8. I agree and am aware that after [1] day of non-payment my vehicle is subject to being towed at my expense by the above towing company.
9. I agree and am aware that Seaboard Parking L.L.C. nor its agents, employees, or representatives are not liable for any damage or theft of my property on said premises, any Act of God, vandalism, weather, injuries, or deaths which may occur in said facility and that I use the said property at my own risks. No children or pets allowed.
10. I agree and understand that no double parking or sharing of my space is allowed; space is for one boat or camper only unless otherwise arranged with management.
11. I agree and am aware that no insurance is being provided by SEABOARD PARKING L.L.C. that would cover my vehicle, trailer, boat, RV, personal property or cargo which I may bring onto said parking facility.
12. I agree and am aware that sub-letting of my space as shown herein is prohibited.
13. I agree and am aware that Seaboard Parking L.L.C.'s facility is a commercial location and that no residential or habitation can occur on said premises or in my vehicle on said premises.
14. I agree and understand there are no refunds for any reason and that if I cause a gate code change for any reason there will be a $25.00 fee each time.
15. I agree not to sweep out or throw out any trash or debris from my vehicle, trailer, boat or other property and to keep my space 100% clean of all trash and debris at all times. Failure to do so shall be subject to immediate termination of this agreement.
16. I agree and am aware that Seaboard Parking L.L.C. reserves the right at any time to revoke my right of use of said parking facilities for whatever reason.

1. The customer agrees, understands and releases Seaboard Parking L.L.C., its agents, employees and representatives from any and all damages, injuries, claims, and harm of every kind and nature that may occur to said vehicle/property and cargo of said customer herein being on the premises of said Seaboard Parking L.L.C. whether it be due to weather, Acts of God, nature, theft, vandalism or otherwise, and
2. The customer and his/her affiliates, agents, executors, administrators, relatives, and representatives do hereby release, discharge and disavow all liability of Seaboard Parking L.L.C. and its agents, employees, and representatives and family in regard to all damages, expenses, injuries or death which may occur in the use, occupying and driving on said premises of Seaboard Parking L.L.C. or other wise and
3. Further said customer agrees and covenants to hold harmless and indemnify said Seaboard Parking L.L.C. its agents, employees and representatives from any and all damages, claims, judgments, thefts, vandalism, costs, expenses, attorneys fees, towing fees, injury or death which may occur from the use, occupying, and presence on said Seaboard Parking L.L.C. premises, or otherwise caused.

The parties agree that everything documented in Parking Space & Property Occupying It, Billing Agreement, Rules, and Release Of Liability Hold Harmless & Indemnification in Exhibits A, B, C & D are terms and provisions of this rental agreement and are binding upon the parties hereto; same being incorporated herein by reference thereto.
In renting above space or spaces on the above property, I agree to pay by recurring credit or debit card only the stated monthly rental amount timely as provided for herein.
Whereof, the parties have agreed to the above statements, conditions, terms and provisions of rental and agree further there shall be no modifications nor change to any such terms and provisions except in writing and signed by both parties hereto; excepting credit or debit card account updating if necessary.
